Timarron In Issaquah Highlands
Timarron, A 48 unit townhome development in Issaquah Highlands.
Those of you that walk from Blakely Hall to SIP will see Timarron off to the right and down the valley. Those of you walking from SIP to Blakely Hall are probably not looking at much other than your feet. Those of us that pass by as you are trekking up the hill are in awe of your efforts.
Timarron is actually accessed by foot from above or otherwise off of Katsura Street.
Timarron is a small condo – town home property built by Burnstead Construction. Some have some nice views from the upper floor. Their are no homes currently listed for sale in Timarron. The most recent sale closed July 31, 2007 for $485,000.00. It is 1865 square feet in size, 3 bedroom, and 2 bath. It sold for 99% of the listing price and the seller disclosed in the listing they were in financial trouble with the unit, living out of state, and anxious to sell.
