Most are open from 1PM to 4PM.

Time to stop wishing you owned in Issaquah and time to start looking.

Most are open from 1PM to 4PM.
Actually, it is pretty cool, the Google traffic option on Google Maps.

If you want local Issaquah or Issaquah Highlands current traffic information just the traffic button on the top of the map.

Of course you have to direct the map to Issaquah first. But you knew that.
Is the fact that Issaquah is so conventient to I90, I405, and places like Seattle and Renton that Issaquah Homes hold their own in prices so well?
As we have weathered this weather of late I have been growing very proud of what we locals are participating in for the good of the Globe. Those of us who live in Issaquah Highlands are not only buying “Built Green” homes, we are in the midst of the battle of fighting “Global Warming”.
The photo below illustrates my point. The camera shot is taken from Easton, Washington heading towards, yep, Issaquah. The arrow points to the view of the rain clouds gathering ahead.

Truly, we shoud be proud how we are countering global warming, even though it has been a long wet six months. Lar

Rates have jumped recently. Note this graph.

Today had better than expected news about the economy. Money moved into stocks - out of fixed instrument. Isn’t it a paradox, as things get better rates get worse? So it will be regarding home prices – as things start heading up, so will the prices.

I recently wrote an article on The Seattle PI Real Estate Blog about ARCH…. ARCH is an organization created by Eastside cities and King County to preserve and increase the supply of housing for low and moderate income households in East King County.
Issaquah Highlands has several ARCH opportunities. Click here for the P I Article. We have experience in selling this program. Let us know if we can help. Larry
I ran across some interesting numbers when perusing My Space Real Estate News – where our Real Estate Undressed content is fed. This data came from another great national blog: The Real Estate Bloggers. With prices holding up, many folks that would have lost their homes were able to sell.
This info illustrates when the current home prices were last seen by market. This is using Case Schiller data. Visit The Real Estate Bloggers for a more complete view.

We are going to post these Isssaquah Highlands real estate statistics monthly. The data regarding Issaquah is to be on Issaquah Undressed and here on Issaquah Highlands Undressed.
We at the DiBello group are now able to provide you this data in this great format. You can login to the premium search and sign up for an account that will give it to you without waiting for us to post it.
It is also available by most neighborhoods, ie. Klahanie, Talus, etc.

Since March I have been updating and posting real estate sales information on this blog. It is in map format. I am posting it this way for those who want a quick look by neighborhoods. To me, looking a a list of homes for sale or homes sold is a bit cumbersome. I like the map and hope you do to.
The map includes sales of both condominiums and homes.

Because these are closed real estate transactions I can post both the listing price and the sales price. Check the balloon icon to see that info.

Note the different colors represent different months.
