Did Highlands Day 2008 Top Highlands Day 2007?

All those of you who attended the biggest celebration in Issaquah Highland PLEASE COMMENT. Was it better? We will let you be the judge. What did you like best? Which food did you try? Entertainment speaking, which did you like best?  We welcome comments on any part of the day.

We got to a lot of Highlands Day. There were some we missed, but our grandchildren who came seemed to like it. So did this bear!

Highlands Days - Can We Top Last Year?

Highlands Day in Issaquah Highlands is a BIG DEAL!  It is this Saturday, June 28th, from 10 AM to 6 PM. By the looks of the schedule I think we will top last year. In addition there are Carnival Games, Food, Beer Garden, Root Beer Garden, Bounce House, and a Rock climbing wall and more!

There is a shuttle from the IH Park and Ride to the event at Village Green.

Lots of People and Kids Having Fun at Highlands Day

Great weather, kids having fun, music by Jam Dogs, food, folks talkin’, games and events. It doesn’t get much better than this. I would say Highlands Day in Issaquah Highlands was a success! Take a look and judge for yourself.

Don’t miss the Issaquah Highlands Garage Sale! June 23 Sat. 9am-4pm

This year you had better go early. It has been advertised in the Seattle Times, the Issaquah Press and on Craig’s list, so if you want the best pickings at Issaquah Highlands Garage Sale the early birds may get the worms. This is a fun event. Last year we invited friends and family to it and also told them to stop by our house and get a hamburger or a hotdog. We planned on making this an annual event but this year other things intervened. Those who came last year found some great stuff, stainless steel cook ware, baby strollers and Gap baby clothes at bargain prices. Every year there are more houses in the Highlands so maybe even more good stuff!
