Issaquah Highlands Has Dream Homes For Sale

I love living here, as mentioned before we were early buyers in Issaquah Highlands, now in our third home. Today we got a glimpse of some exciting house plans of a home that will be built 0n Grand Ridge Drive large acreage lot we were privilged to sell.

Dream homes come in different sizes and styles. They come at different prices. It was always fun for me to tour Kathleen’s Street of Dreams designed homes. I think she did 9 of them before I pulled her into the real estate business. She loves being a Realtor. Each year I would go and enjoy, knowing that our own home was a dream home, thanks to Kathleen. Truly, it is not uncommon for me to have just walk around our home, alone, and say man this place is nice, thanks to her.

I think besides enjoying the house plans of our friends today, the video below, just did me in. Like the Street of Dreams, I don’t need the dream home in the video, but it is sure fun to look.

The video was brought to my attention, as Jay Thompson, a great Phoenix agent, posted it on his blog. Like he says, it is 8 minutes long, but worth it. Dream on and when reality hits, join us in Issaquah Highlands. Lar. And oh, the price of this home below? $75 million. Check it out, its a bargain.

Grand Ridge Drive

Grand Ridge Drive in Issaquah Highlands provides the combination of the Highlands Community with the setting of acreage lots. Several are still for sale.

We recently closed on one of these lots and our buyers are preparing to build their custom home.

Port Blakely, the developer has reasonable, but firm time lines regarding selection of architects and builders, on when you must complete your home, and the details in between. However, if you are looking to build your dream home, not an investment to turn in a year, this may be the place for you.

Grand Ridge Drive

Nestled on top of the Issaquah Highlands Development is Grand Ridge Drive and several off shoot cul de sacs. These 2+ acre lots are starting to grow some pretty intertesting homes. The project is gated during construction and some of the new home owners intend that to continue after construction.
