I have always admired this area of Issaquah Highlands. These cottage homes are full of charm, but I hadn’t ever seen the inside until last Saturday. It was the Highlands 2 Saturday tour so I thought I would check a few homes out. It was fun to finally see the inside of one of these homes. This home is located at 1714 26th Walk in Issaquah Highlands, and is for sale at $404,000
You can tell the owner of this cottage has put a lot of TLC into this home. Extra features have been added, like the bamboo floors and an incredibly charming back yard with a brick patio and creative plantings. How many homes can you sit on the front porch and enjoy a view of the mountains that Issaquah is famous for.

What do you find on Magnolia Street? Magnolias of course, but………………
…also you will find Magnolia Park and our featured Home of the Month! This is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Issaquah Highlands. Very seldom does a house right on the park come up for sale. Almost no traffic and the park is just a few steps out the front door. Just right for inspiration for a new monthly feature on our Issaquah Highlands blog.
The house: 3448 NE Magnolia St, Issaquah Highlands, 98029
It has more going for it than just the park. It has obviously been very well maintained. It was built by Burnstead so you expect and get that quality of construction.
