There are 70 condominiums for sale in Issaquah Highlands. Many are new construction. Vista Park and Starpoint are the greater portion of the condos for sale.
The most expensive are in the mid Six Hundred thousand range, most are much less.
35 of these units offer the unusual situation of being new construction and under $300,000. They are small units, many with 1 bath, but offer the convenient location near the Highlands shopping mall you will find under construction. The park n ride is at the nearby corner.
Twenty remain of the builders inventory, of 92 units in Starpoint.
