The First Places We Explored In Issaquah

Posted by Larry Cragun No Comments »

As I mentioned in a previous article, we were excited to get to know our new town. Our listing agent suggested we try three restaurants. We did.

They were: 1– Pogacha

2– Jaks

3 – Nicolinos.

Guess which is my favorite?

The Desk Of A Realtor

Posted by Larry Cragun No Comments »

Yep, it is from here, high on the hill looking over Issaquah Highlands your friendly Realtor surveys the market. Two screens you see if you look close. One has the MLS on, the other Blog Jet that posts on Real Estate Undressed, helps on Issaquah Issaquah Undressed, and keeps the pace on Issaquah Highlands Undressed.

It is fun and helpful in keeping up with the market. Technology is at an amazing place. There are so many tools to assist in selling real estate. There are many more in keeping generally informed.

I wonder, how many of you use feed readers. Hey it’s Issaquah Highlands, it’s “techie ville” you all do don’t you? One says no! Amazing. Contact me, I will help you get it set up and show you how to use it for shopping on Craigs List. Larry

Smart Cars For Smart Highlands Residents?

Posted by Larry Cragun No Comments »

One of the best blog sites in Seattle is Citizen Rain. Not only do they really cover our market happenings, but they run several local blogs through their aggregating section, including 6 of our blogs. (Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Puyallup, Federal Way, and Issaquah: All undressed blogs of course.)

Today they shared something I find cool and interesting. From thier blog; Seattle is about to get a little smarter. Check out the first Smart cars rolling into Puget Sound. Several residents pre-ordered the Smart fortwo and are picking them….

If you are one of these smart buyers, I would love to take a peak. Lar

Lucky Strike: There Is A New Bowling Alley In Bellevue

Posted by Larry Cragun No Comments »

Lucky Strike In Bellevue Place. You can have a private bowling party. This is not a hang out place for kids. It has dress standards and age requirement for those without an adult.

There was a time when I lettered in college: The bowling team. It was fun bowling in the all college championships. Now, I wonder if I can break 130. Do you know what the score is if you have all strikes but 1 9 pin spare, where the spare came in the 7th frame? I do, it was my best game. What is that score?

Interest Rates Are Down

Posted by Larry Cragun No Comments »

I was just looking at a rate sheet and I was pleased to see rates are lower than they have been for a long time. You might call one of our approved lenders and see how much lower than 6% you can go. It might brighten up your day.

PS: I took this photo in the Bellevue Hyatt Regency, looking to the lobby from the food court.

Is There Shopping in Issaquah?

Posted by Larry Cragun No Comments »

Or better yet is there shopping in Issaquah Highlands? The Seattle Times stated in an article ‘ Issaquah Highlands announces Shopping Mall. ‘ No new information to us up here though. No announcement of when we get a grocery store or what it is going to be, or what the other tenants are going to be. I may not live long enough to see it happen the way it is going. We still have to go to Bellevue! See www.IssaquahUndressed.com for a city that has shopping! Bellevue!
