I was reminded how much I love the look and feel of our Issaquah Highlands community when I saw this photo. Tell me about Architecture.
Thanks Roberta for posting this on your blog. Among other things, Roberta Murphy writes a Luxury Home Digest Blog. Perhaps she should come to Issaquah to raise her sites.

Now we are willing to stand corrected, speak up agents. But this listing of ours is owned by 100 year old Marie Matteson. Marie and her husband spent their lives on this property. Marie is now in a nursing home but full of vim and vigor you might say.

The listing price is $999,000. More info on it is here: click this link:
We suspect a new purchaser will not only help Maries retirement program but will build a magnificent home such as the neighbors have.

Currently, The lowest price is:$350,000. It is a cute little carriage house that has been on the market 82 days. It is 2 bedroom and 1 bath, over 1000 square feet and in very good condition.
The highest price is: $ 3,600,000 and is yet to be built. Guess what, you can do your own customization. It is on 2.5 acres of level land in a cul de sac. By the way: it’s a Tudor.
If this is too small for your budget, there are a few of these lots left and you can build even more luxury into your living. You have to use one of the approved builders or architects and have make sense time limits in the process, but if you want something exclusive on acreage in a great community, this is the place.
Actually the highest price would end up being up to your imagination.
We have owned three homes here, were some of the first to buy. How many of you had to fight the way through pot holed Old Black Nugget Road? We did.
Whatever the price, if you can do it, it is worth it. We love this place.
Don’t be chicken, check the place out. I know, it’s a rooster.

For those moving here from other places, this is a critter we have named Naples. Naples, because he hangs out at Staples. He doesn’t like Starbucks.
