August Real Estate Information For Issaquah. Sales, For Sale and Months Of Inventory
The below graph shows Issaquah For Sale and Sold information for Issaquah for the last 14 months. As you might expect 14 months ago numbers are the best for sellers or their listing agents. January 2008 had the least sales but also the least number of listings. Note the number of homes sold a year ago is down from 59 to 43. It will be interesting to compare September to September. I will post the September numbers earlier next month, keep an eye out for them. The information is compiled from information from the NWMLS. They include Issaquah only. For you Condo buyers there is a sizable inventory of condominiums with more under construction. The condominium price range is from $159,999 to 699,999.
