Not In Our Back Yard, Not In The Highlands
Our daughter and her family live in Iowa City, Iowa where there has been intense effort to fight off the Iowa River. Even with the hope enough sand bag work has been done, schools are being cancelled and the waters keep rising.
Issaquah Highlands residents, sitting high above Issaquah, may not like the extended rain season, but for sure there is no flooding here.
