Bears Are Residents Too
Early in the life of our Issaquah Blogs I posted some fun photos of bears, click for that. Subsequently I have told a few stories, such as our watching the sunset on the top of Harrison Street and being grateful we were in our car as a mom and her 3 giant young ones came running by. A fun story was how the girls soccer game ended up in the facility in Central Park as some bears wandered through the field.
This month I expect the Seattle Magazine to tell the stories of some of our friends experiences. Our blog stories were found by them and I was asked for references. I will let you know when I find it.
Until then, be careful, they are out there. And by the way, be smarter than the average bear, or wildlife managers. Enjoy
