Issaquah Highlands Homes For Sale Info

Posted by Larry Cragun
Currently there are 89 homes for sale in Issaquah Highlands. This represents almost 31% of the Issaquah homes for sale inventory. The great thing about Issaquah Highlands homes for sale is none should be ignored. If you think you would like it here do some shopping. As I write this I am browsing the 5 least expensive homes for sale. They are all under $400,000. They are all near Central Park and the new 9 espresso coffee shop and World Pies Pizza Restaurant. The community is terrific and gets steadily better to live in. The rumor is the grocery store is about to be announced. Then we have it all with more coming. Notice some new listings in the upper above 1.5 million. This has been a stale price range for months, with little new inventory and many days on market for the homes that are listed by their Realtors (C)

It’s outrageous that you classify 1787 26th Walk NE as “cheap”, just because it’s under $400K. (Although I notice some of the realtors have started drinking more diluted Kool-Aid, as some of these were asking an absurd $459,000 until recently.)

Come on Nick, outrageous. The point was relative. I let your comment go live. But trust me, this isn’t a blog to berate agents and blame them for the high prices. Did I mention an address? You did. I would be curious if you own a home here? Larry
