Ravena was mostly built in 2003 by Parkwood Homes and Lozier Construction. Recent Sales for Ravena Parkwood are between $65o,000 and $700,000 with the Lozier homes about $80,000 less. Some of the Parkwood homes have a studio or studio apartment above the detached garage.
The easiest access is to turn East at the corner of Highlands and High Street, go staight ahead through the stop sign. You pass the fire station on the right and are in Ravena.
