Currently there are 105 homes for sale in Issaquah Highlands. The average day on market for homes is 105 days. This number is higher in the high price homes, 1.5 to 3.8 million dollar segment.

The median price is $720,000.

I will reported on condominiums in the condo report today.

Here is the break down by price categories:

$350,000 to $399,999: 6 homes $400,000 to $449.999: 4 homes

$450,000 to $499.999: 6 homes (The aveage day on market in these prices are 78, 67, and 69 days.

The next bracket is the fast selling bracket, 37 days on market and there are only 4 listings in the higlands: $500,000 to $549,999

$550,000 to $599,999: 7 homes and 100 days on market. Sellers take note, if you are close to moving into this bracket you should actually visit these homes with an agent to make sure how you compare to this competition. This is my advice to all sellers.

$600,000 to $649,999: is the category with the most homes for sale: 16 and it too has a lengthy 102 days on market.

$650,000 to $699,999: 16 homes and 83 days on market

$700,000 to $749,000: 9 homes and 99 days on market.

$750,000 to $799,999: 9 homes and 132 days on market

$800,000 to $849,999: 4 homes and 110 days on market

$850,000 to $899,999: 3 homes and (shudder) 196 days on market

$900,000 to $949,999: 1 home and 99 days on market

1 mill to 1.5: 19 homes and 125 days on market

There are 3 homes in the 1.5 to 2.5 bracket and 5 homes above that in price.

Several high end lots are for sale for custom homes. Some have great views and some on about 2.5 acres. We are completing one transaction in this section of the highlands and can help you understand the benefits and the complexities.
